Check out my latest article in Southwest Economy! My colleagues at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and I dive into the labor market for real estate agents and the impact of recent interest rate trends.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University. I teach courses in both the Economics and Finance & Real Estate departments.
I am an applied microeconomist with particular interests in real estate, urban economics, and labor economics. My research uses empirical and experimental techniques to study real estate markets, labor markets, and the provision of public goods. I am particularly interested in the ways in which real estate agents and intermediaries more broadly affect individual decision-making. You can find information on my various research projects here.
I was previously an Assistant Professor of Economics and Real Estate in the Department of Economics, Finance, and Legal Studies in the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama, and I received my PhD in Applied Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in May 2024.
